    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join our fast-paced sales environment. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to new and existing customers, building strong relationships, and promoting products and services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to identify needs and promote products and services
    • Build rapport with customers through effective communication and listening skills
    • Promote products and services in a professional and persuasive manner
    • Handle incoming enquiries and follow up on leads
    • Work towards daily and monthly sales targets
    • Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information

    Requirements

    • Previous telesales or phone-based customer service experience preferred
    • Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven personality
    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
