Are you passionate about working with people to make key lifestyle changes to improve their health and wellbeing?


We are looking for a highly motivated health professional to join our dynamic Health Improvement and One You Team in Tunbridge Wells.

We form part of an innovative West Kent Health Improvement partnership with Sevenoaks, Dartford, and Tonbridge & Malling Borough Councils and KCC to deliver the One You Kent health service in the Tunbridge Wells district.


You will work collaboratively with colleagues within the council, voluntary, community and health sectors to ensure that the client is at the centre of a holistic approach to their health needs.


The post holder will be highly motivated and able to build good rapport with individuals within the community using excellent communication skills.

You will have an up-to-date knowledge and experience of behaviour change interventions and a passion for developing this knowledge base.
