Job Description for the Receptionist / Administrator;**- Answering all incoming calls
- Act as first point of contact for clients over the phone
- Dealing with queries from tenants
- Providing administrative support to team
- Liaising with surveyors and consultants on a daily basis
- Extensive use of Microsoft Excel to update and track activity
- Import and Export Data onto CRM system
- General ad hoc responsibilities within the business
Job skills required for the Receptionist / Administrator;
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good communication skills and excellent phone manner
- Ability to work as part of a busy team
- Experience using CRM systems
- Good attention to detail
