Classroom Assistant

Location:
Kensington & Chelsea

Full-time, long-term temporary position

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4pm

Start date:

End date:
July 2023

Pay rate ranges from £75 to £85 per day
Calling all Teaching Assistants


Tradewind are on a search for enthusiastic Classroom Assistants on behalf of a dynamic one-form entry primary school based in Kensington.


The school are seeking a handful of dedicated Teaching Assistants to support KS2 pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis until at least July 2023.


Encouraging children to be keen learners and share a love of education is at the heart of this school's mission.

About the role:


  • Support lower KS2 pupils with SEN
  • Follow pupils' EHCP
  • You may be required to support other children in the classroom
  • Create a stimulating learning environment
  • Encourage your key pupil to be a confident leaner
  • Monitor and work towards pupil's weekly / termly targets
  • The pay rate for this role will range from £75 to £85 per day depending on experience.

Requirements:


  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant
  • SEN experience is ideal
  • Confident supporting children with learning difficulties
  • Must be available fulltime and longterm
