Overview:
We are seeking Full-time Administrator/Schedulers required due to expansion within the organisation. Working with a leading facilities/electrical contractor within the Head Office based at Queenslie Industrial Estate, Glasgow. The business is a living wage employer with excellent staff retention rate unrivalled within the industry. Working Hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday office-based.

  • Maintain a wellorganised and tidy office environment, ensuring that supplies are stocked, equipment is functioning, and facilities are properly maintained.
  • Maintaining Data Records: Manage data entry tasks, maintain accurate records, and organize information in databases or filing systems.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the office, between departments, and with external stakeholders. This includes disseminating information, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required by different departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, whether it involves interacting with clients, visitors, or internal employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend and participate in relevant meetings, training and other learning activities and performance development as required.


Be aware of and comply with company policies and procedures relating to behaviour, health, safety and security, confidentiality, data protection and leave of absence reporting all concerns to the appropriate person.

To demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to equal opportunities and diversity and to the standards of customer care.

Be responsible for own health and safety, as well as that of colleagues and the public.

Employees should co-operate with the leadership team, follow established systems of work, use protective equipment where necessary and report defects and hazards to Line Manager / Member of Senior Management.
