  • Draft edit and proofread internal newsletters intranet posts employee email campaigns and board-level updates.
  • Research develop thought leadership articles customer success stories executive Q&As for both internal external audiences.
  • Cordinate with global PR agencies brief spokespeople secure high-value media coverage monitor press coverage prepare weekly news digests track performance/impact.
