About Our Client:


Description:


  • Identify, progress and convert leads as required from references, hot bosses, etc. as per daily plan.
  • Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities. o Manage profitability whilst developing client relationships establishing and agreeing terms in line with business expectations.
  • Partnering with hiring managers (typically HR Managers/Directors, Financial Controllers, Finance Directors, Managing Directors and Partners).
  • Ensure all necessary administration aftercare services are concluded post placement.
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs (vacancies, calls, interviews, etc.) by ensuring daily detailed business planning is carried out.
  • Ensure detailed business planning is set out in order to achieve certain personal & business goals, ensuring that all activity is focussed in the correct area, and that appropriate KPIs are ascertained and achieved.
  • Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice.

Salary:
£18,000 - £20,000


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday

(8.00am - 6pm)1 hour for lunch.

  • Understand strategy i.e. what each job role entails from a technical perspective and how it fits into different business types.
  • Understand importance of hotlists, start creating them and become aware of how to use them to create business development plans.
  • Understand the difference between a poorly and well written advert, thus have a clear understanding of the standards required for a MA advert.
  • Understand questioning techniques, using open questions to gain in a depth understanding.
  • Understand what the core job tasks for a working week are and plan them into a day plan. o Understand company terms of business.
  • Make effective client calls giving a clear introduction and reason for the call whilst demonstrating correct questioning techniques and gaining good information.
  • Be able to understand the importance of taking a detailed job specification using correct questioning techniques knowing when and how to widen to the specification.
  • Be able to effectively sell the importance of process to clients.
  • Understand and carry out the key stages of a recruitment process from job specification to placement.
Regular assessor contact and support to prepare you for your End Point Assessment.

Must not have Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 or above.


Some of your working week will be dedicated to Off the Job Training, to carry out self-supported study and to compile evidence for your portfolio.
