We supply the nutritional supplement and OTC markets across Europe and worldwide.Based in Tredegar, South Wales and founded in 1994, we operate from a state-of-the-art GMP facility which has seen over £20m invested in our facilities and innovative new product lines, we are also licensed by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
We specialise in the manufacture of complex, vegetarian and speciality softgels, simply providing one the highest quality softgel products available.
We manufacture over 2.5 billion softgel capsules per year and currently employ around 350 people at our site in Tredegar, with exciting and ambitious future growth plans.

We are currently looking to add to our talented workforce and have an opportunity available within our Procurement and Supply team.
MATERIALS CONTROLLER / LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR
The Materials Controller /Logistics Administrator will report to the Materials Manager and support the 'raw material' aspects of the department where you will be guided by the wider Procurement & Supply Team.
The purpose of the role is to expedite raw materials, supporting our primary Freight Partners (United Worldwide Logistics, and TransGlobal) with import clearance in accordance to current procedures post-Brexit.
A key part of the role is maintaining the production schedule by working smartly with the processes at your disposal.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactive liaison with freight partners ensuring all imported freight is properly managed through various regimes postBrexit.
- Accurate and timely booking in of all raw material deliveries into NAV following the procedures laid out in our SOPs.
- Proactively using the Production Schedule to ensure required EC Sales Orders are accurately kitted in advance.
Person Specification:
- You must be reliable, consistent and have a keen eye for detail, with a calm, approachable and helpful manner. You should also be flexible with the ability to multitask, yet able to prioritise your own workload.
