In the role of a Factory Worker at FS Engineering, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing operations.
Your diverse range of duties will include cleaning and upkeep of the factory space, receiving deliveries, conducting stocktakes, assembling products, operating machinery, and packaging and preparing items for dispatch.
Who We Are Looking For:

- Enthusiastic learners who are willing to be trained in new skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
- Basic math and reading skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- No prior factory experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.
- Have CSCS Card ( Highly preferable )
This role is situated in Upper Heyford (OX25) and typically operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Please note, there may be instances where you'll need to undertake site visits on short notice or work additional hours as required.
