Job Title:
Building Surveyor (Insurance Claims Division)

Location:
Birmingham covering the Midlands

Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

Delivering insurance claim, diagnostic evaluation, validation of proposed works and project managing reinstatement works aided by their surveying knowledge, contractual expertise will be a core element of the role.

Effective communication skills are imperative at all levels including via key reporting processes. Managing contractors to the required performance and delivering quality outcomes with the loss adjuster/insurer and policyholder engagement is critical. IT knowledge and embracing new methodologies is an essential requirement.

It is anticipated that 50% of this role will be home/office based, with the remaining on site and meetings.
