We are looking to invite a new
Contact Centre Sales Team Leader to join our partnership with
a leading energy provider in Northern Ireland..

You will oversee a team of fully remote working Energy Sales Advisors; supporting, motivating and coaching daily.

Reporting directly to our Service Delivery Manager you will work as an integral part of our support and management team, with responsibilities to motivate colleagues, monitor KPI's, converse with the end client and
maximise sales performance.



What you will you do as a Contact Centre Sales Team Leader

  • Manage, develop and motivate a team of home based Energy Sales Advisors in delivering an outstanding customer experience to
    existing customers on an outbound basis

  • Monitor KPI's and compliance through our call monitoring process, with a keen eye on quality
  • Keep motivation levels high and and provide support to ensure sales per hour ratios are achieved
  • Support and promote continuous improvement within your sales team
  • Partner with our Training function to ensure the team are fully empowered and able to succeed, both on the account and for internal promotional opportunities
  • Participate in the direct client relationship in multiple forms including regular teams meetings
  • Take ownership of employee relations with support and guidance from our HR function
  • Offer live support calls to home agents, that include coaching and providing feedback
  • Support the partnership and Service Delivery Manager with the management of the account, maximising operational performance and sales performance.

About You:

What we're looking for in a Contact Centre Sales Team Leader

  • Strong knowledge, experience and understanding of contact centre processes and operations
  • Previous experience in an outbound contact centre sales role
  • Previous experience in a sales role, at a team leader or manager level
    (ESSENTIAL):
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage effectively in a remote environment
  • Proven track record of people management, coaching, empowerment and engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable within an IT driven environment with experience of MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote working business
  • Willing to travel to our clients site from time to time (fully expensed)
  • Able to provide own equipment and connection that meets Sensée requirements
  • You will be able to provide a suitable home office space that is not a shared and suitable equipment
