Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized domiciliary healthcare services to clients in accordance with CQC standards and regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with activities of daily living as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and family members, to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with CQC guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), or equivalent healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable and compassionate with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
