Responsibilities:


  • Provide personalized domiciliary healthcare services to clients in accordance with CQC standards and regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with activities of daily living as required.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and family members, to ensure coordinated care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with CQC guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), or equivalent healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Reliable and compassionate with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
