As part of the review of how we are delivering recruitment support to CrossReach, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Attraction Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

Responsible for attracting applicants into CrossReach, you will work with managers to develop new and creative recruitment campaigns so that we can reach the best people.

Day to day, you will be developing and delivering recruitment campaigns, making sure that not only do we talk about the possible, but that we make it happen.

Whilst the role doesn't have any direct reports, the role holder will work with the three new Operational Resource Officers to provide expert guidance and support.

However, you will also have a wider remit, not just to advertise for applicants, but to find new and creative ways to generate our own pipelines, such as building relationships with further education providers and schemes such as the Prince's Trust.

To be successful, you must have extensive experience in developing and delivering attraction strategies.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, provide great customer service and who is passionate about matching the right people to the right job.

This role is based in Edinburgh and you will be required to work 3 days per week in the Charis House office.

As we do our work in Christ's name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos.

This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.

We have a legal obligation to ensure that it does not employ any worker who has not been granted the relevant permission to work in the UK.

This permission is without exception granted by UK Visas and Immigrations. We are required to check the entitlement to work in the UK of all prospective employees, regardless of nationality or job category
