Description

Responsibilities:


  • Fabrication of various components using a range of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Working with a variety of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
  • Operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools
  • Ensuring all work meets the required quality standards and deadlines
  • Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Travelling to different job sites across the UK as required

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a fabricator/welder in a similar role
  • A relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • A valid clean driving license is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£17.00 per hour
