Salary:
£22,386 per annum, plus company benefits


Location:
Leeds, LS10 1AB


Contract:
Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am until 4:30pm with 1 hour lunch break

Work Model:
Fully onsite due to nature of role


Williams Lea seeks an Office Assistant to join our team

Purpose of role
The Office Assistant is responsible for the general office support and administrative tasks.


Key responsibilities

  • Notify employees of visitor arrival and answer any questions
  • Provide high level front of house services
  • Welcome clients, visitors, contractors to the office with warmth and professionalism
  • Notify employees of visitor arrival and answer questions
  • Guide clients and visitors with appropriate instructions and hospitality for their needs
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
  • Assist office services or other peer teams with workload, as needed
  • Adhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies
  • Use equipment and supplies in a costefficient manner
  • Organise lunch/food orders for client/internal visits
  • Prepares conference rooms for any visits and meetings
  • Relocating IT equipment if required

Personal attributes

  • Reception, administrative assistant experience essential
- **Minimum, 1 year experience preferably within legal, banking or large corporate environment

  • Proven customer service skills are required to create and maintain and enhance, customer relationships and provide exceptional introduction and visitor experience
  • Familiar with general office procedures, to meet and maintain client satisfaction
