**Critical Data Centre Project Supervisor

  • East London.**My client is a leading Facilities Maintenance service provider. Due to continued growth and development of staff, they are seeking a Critical Data Centre Project Supervisor to work in a Critical Data Centre based in East London.

Critical Data Centre Project Supervisor Job Specification:

  • Evaluation of new equipment, develop and utilise Project Management system to allow Facilities and Project Manager to accept Project requests, work order requests, Maintenance requests, and Critical works
  • Manage Project Installation/Construction, startup, Commissioning, and Maintenance of Projects
  • Manage HV and LV Projects, manage budgets, and Extra Works
  • Organising quotes and the labour/procurement of materials and parts
  • Ensure strong communication with clients and customer service skills
  • Organising Sub-Contract Labour
  • Project Programming experience and Project Variation Management
  • Financial Experience with P&L (Profit and Loss)
  • Responsible for Health & Safety, E-Logbooks, Risk Assessments, Permits to Work etc.
  • Data Centre Project Management Experience

Critical Project Supervisor Salary & Package:

  • £45, £55,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime

  • Friday 08:00am 17:00pm
  • 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

The Person:


  • City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
  • Able to write reports and carry out quotes
  • Career driven, looking for the next step in the career ladder
  • Smart and presentable
  • Exforces considered

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
