We are searching for a steady pair of hands that can join us on a permanent basis, to steer all things operations, admin, process and procedure.
This is a role that combines not only administration but also customer service, elements of marketing, event coordination and exciting ad-hoc projects.
Job in a nutshell
- Responsible for the overall operation and smooth running of the R13 office, achieving admin led KPI's (quality / deadlines / timescales / support)
- Being in charge of all things excel based reporting, auditing and compliance.
- Internal team liaison (and prompts) to ensure team objectives are achieved.
- Marketing support: social media posting, basic graphic design, following brand guidelines and acting as a contact point with external marketing parties.
- Liaison and coordination with our suppliers, including handling issues through to resolve.
- Invoice generation and submission.
- Being the key point of contact for our charity partner, arranging and delivery various fundraising events throughout the year.
- Leading the delivery of internal events, work anniversaries, birthday celebrations, quarterly socials and the impending BIG ONE
- R13's 10 year anniversary
- Liaising with people seeking their next exciting employment opportunity, offering the highest levels of support and service + feeding this info to our team / maintaining records.
- Daily coordination of and adhoc cover for Admin Apprentice.
- Supporting the Directors/team with any ad hoc projects that arise (as they will, or various natures)
So, what are we looking for?
- Previous administration/operational support experience
- Recruitment/HR would be a bonus but not essential
- Ability to be agile, this role twists & turns
- Someone who thrives in a fast paced, diverse and dynamic role with many facets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Word
- Highly organised, calm and resilient
- Wiliness to learn & selfdevelop
