Senior Associate (Engineering)

Semperian Group are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Associate with a background in Electrical Engineering on a Permanent basis.

This role can be based in Bristol or Daresbury.

Senior Associate Responsibilities**:

Undertake work as to bring in appropriate fees associated with our Consultancy's aims and targets.
Develop consultancy services as an exemplar engineering/technical compliance advisor.
Support us to develop the client portfolio and increase our client base in designated areas, ensuring key clients (including our Group clients) receive a firstclass service at all times.
Work with our Senior team members as a team player, but also to act as lead consultant on some agreed commissions.
Aid Capitec to deliver excellence in compliance/asset management/Hard FM matters with a focus on electrical services
Maintain an uptodate working knowledge of building services electrical engineering & estates compliance maters, acting as additional point of contact within the organisation for consultancy expertise on mechanical engineering (reporting into our Director).
Help us develop our emerging environmental skill base e.g. carbon reduction advise.
Reporting to the Managing Directors, you will be a developing member of the team and may deputise for the Directors and or Associate Directors from timetotime.
You will interact closely with other senior managers and technical leads across Capitec and help us build strong networks within the Group, NHS, and our wider Client base with regards mechanical engineering/compliance and asset management excellence.

Senior Associate Requirements:

Educated to at least degree level or equivalent

- electrical Engineering Qualification

Experience in healthcare building services engineering (and or engineering consultancy)
Experience in working in Hard FM compliance electrical building services (HV and LV)
Operational experience ideally including healthcare and PFI
Design / building services technical background
Operational compliance experience
Ability to maintain and develop effective working relationships with both NHS and Non-NHS Clients and promote enthusiasm for engineering compliance excellence
Ability to develop to AE Electrical level of authority.

Salary:
Up to £70,000 per annum, alongside generous car allowance and bonus scheme
