Reed Finance are partnered with a repeat Client as they seek a new Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join their friendly organisation.

Based in Reading, this large not-for-profit are at the forefront of educational reform on a global scale.

They are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their Finance function on a fixed term basis (maternity cover, 12-18 months) to provide commercial support to their UK office, financial analysis and insight to the Commercial Finance team, and contribute todriving the organisation forwards as they continue to deliver their financial model.

Reporting to the UK Commercial Finance Lead you will have a background in financial analysis, and be excellent at presenting financial data to a variety of finance and non-finance colleagues.

You will be collaborative in your approach, have excellent attentionto detail, and be confident in the integrity of your data analysis skills.

Your communication skills will be second to none and you will be keen to work within an organisation that champions values of honesty, integrity, inclusion, and diversity.

This role offers hybrid working, generous holiday, flexible working, and excellent benefits. Salary is up to £50k per annum depending on experience.
