Are you a passionate graduate seeking a rewarding opportunity in the field of education? We are currently recruiting multiple Teaching Assistants to join our highly regarded Primary School in Watford.

The position as a teaching assistant offers a supportive school environment where you can gain valuable experience and make a positive impact on students' lives.

There is also potential for fully funded teacher training in the academic year 2023/2024.

Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide support in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes.
Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
Assist in implementing individualized education plans and supporting students with diverse abilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
Previous experience working with children, whether paid or voluntary, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Emotional intelligence and the ability to support a diverse range of pupils.
