This company are looking for the perfect individual to add to their empowering team of people. With a salary ofGBP21k this is a perfect opportunity to excel in a career.
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Executive?

  • Working as the first point of contact for key clients calling into the business
  • Taking responsibility for daytoday service requests
  • Allocating operative to complete work needed, ensuring equipment and Vehicles are also allocated
  • Preparing Health and Safety packs for work completed, ensuring that all records are maintained on the internal job management platform
  • Supporting the wider helpdesk team in responding to all general customer sales and service enquiries
  • Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained
  • Providing support to fieldbased operatives, taking ownership of requests
  • Providing general assistance to contract managers and operations director
  • Managing time effectively to make sure that inboxes are cleared as quickly as possible
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Ideally a proven track record working in a customer service role
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong PC skills, proficient typing, and data entry skills essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
What will you get in return for your work as a Customer Service Executive?

  • Full time role Monday to Friday either 9AM 5.30PM or 8AM 4.30PM
  • Permanent role
  • Salary up to GBP21,000 dependant on experience
  • 33 days leave per annum inclusive of bank holidays
  • Full Training and Induction period
  • Free Parking onsite
  • Contributory pension
