Quality & Training Supervisor
About the Role:

As a Quality & Training Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our established yet rapidly growing business, surrounded by a dedicated team committed to consistent excellence across quality, customer service, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highcalibre training across all business roles to ensure robust onboarding and continuous development for our employees.
- Cultivate a friendly, approachable demeanour while maintaining a rational and reasonable approach to managing risk throughout the business.
- Coach individuals to support daily activities and actively foster their development to maximize their contributions to our business objectives.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate efficient agency training to meet business requirements, facilitating outstanding customer service and effective risk management.
- Ensure compliance with key regulatory processes and controls, including monthly audit reporting, FCA breach investigations, and NFUM training and competence.
- Foster strong, nurturing relationships across the organization to facilitate efficient and effective delivery of business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.
- Assist the Q&T Leader in identifying and managing complaint trends and/or risks.
- Promote and establish robust risk management practices within the Agency.
- Motivate and develop direct reports and the wider team to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to enhance existing business culture and cultivate a progressive, supportive, and professional environment.
- Monitor and fulfil our training and competency requirements, overseeing the management of licenses within the agency to ensure a skilled and monitored staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in delivering highquality training across various business functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage risk in a rational and reasonable manner across different business areas.
- Proven track record in coaching individuals to support both daytoday activities and longterm development goals.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in the financial services sector.
