Technical Designer - Brighton, United Kingdom - Grumitt Wade Mason

Description

The role will involve designing and managing small building projects to alter and adapt homes for disabled use. It will include meeting clients and other parties such as occupational therapists and council grant officers. There is an option to work a 9 day fortnight.

Annual leave starts at four weeks and there is a loyalty bonus of an additional day for each completed year.

There is some flexibility over start and finish times.

Essential Requirements

• A caring nature
• Excel Word and Outlook
• GCSE English
• Good organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing projects such as kitchen fitting or interior fit outs
• Full clean driving licence and own vehicle

Desirable

• Experience in CAD drawings not essential as training will be given

With a starting salary of £25 to £30k. This will be reviewed and increased depending on performance.


Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
