Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Collecting outstanding debts in a timely manner
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Identifying and minimizing credit risk
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Communicating with internal departments to resolve any customer queries
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Sage (essential)
- Experience in a similar role within a similar industry is desirable
