Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Collecting outstanding debts in a timely manner
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Identifying and minimizing credit risk
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Communicating with internal departments to resolve any customer queries

Key Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Sage (essential)
  • Experience in a similar role within a similar industry is desirable
