Global Reward Specialist

Up to £55k plus package

Reading


We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Global Reward Specialist to join a leading organisation, this role is based in Reading and offers hybrid working.


Overview
As a key member of the Reward & Performance team you will:

  • Support the implementation of global job architecture roll out, by working closely with the HR team to complete role mapping against newly created job family structure.
  • Take a key role in the management of the global end of year process for performance and reward.
  • Take a key role in managing payroll, employee cost accrual, benefit renewal and UK Immigration process for UK.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in working in Reward or HR role within a matrix organisation
  • Strong analytic and numerical skills with a data driven mindset.
  • Experience in reward gained in an inhouse environment with sound understanding of job evaluation methodology is ideal but not essential.
