Job Title:
Communications Executive
Location:
Central London (SW1Y) - Hybrid Working Model, 2/3 days in the office
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
Social Media Creation:
- Develop and execute engaging social media content across various platforms to enhance BPF's online presence and help meet our corporate objectives.
- Create compelling and visually appealing social media posts, incorporating text and graphics, to promote BPF's initiatives, events, and industryrelated news.
Design:
- Utilise design software to create visually appealing marketing materials, including online brochures, banners, and social media graphics, ensuring consistency with BPF's brand identity.
Website Management:
- Maintain and update the BPF website, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and aligned with organisational objectives.
- Monitor partner sites, ensuring collaborations are showcased effectively and BPF's presence is wellrepresented.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and create external newsletters and announcements.
- Create and maintain internal communication template library.
Statistical Analysis:
- Gather and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies across various channels.
- Provide regular reports and insights, making datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
CRM Data Management:
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) data, ensuring accurate and uptodate information for targeted communications and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Strong creative and visual skills, ideally with experience in graphic design software.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude
