Due to growth, my client is seeking an Account Handler to join their exciting business Gloucester. You will ideally have commercial insurance experience. Offering a starting salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, fantastic career progression opportunities within a lovely team.


WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday, - 5

THE ROLE:


  • First point of contact for all client and provider queries.
  • Assist the Account Executives with client books, negotiating terms, inviting renewals, dealing with midterm adjustments and handling claims.
  • Look after your own book of clients.
  • Respond to any queries or and issues as they arise and communicate with other internal and external sources.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:


  • Insurance or broking experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Account handling experience desirable
