Due to growth, my client is seeking an Account Handler to join their exciting business Gloucester. You will ideally have commercial insurance experience. Offering a starting salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, fantastic career progression opportunities within a lovely team.WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday, - 5

THE ROLE:
- First point of contact for all client and provider queries.
- Assist the Account Executives with client books, negotiating terms, inviting renewals, dealing with midterm adjustments and handling claims.
- Look after your own book of clients.
- Respond to any queries or and issues as they arise and communicate with other internal and external sources.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Insurance or broking experience
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to build rapport
- Account handling experience desirable
