Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the RFL, the national governing body for Rugby League in the UK.

We are seeking to appoint a Community Game Competitions Administrator to ensure that the key objectives of the department are met in terms of the services the department provides to players, clubs, competitions, volunteers and colleagues.


The key work areas are:

  • Players Registrations
  • Community
  • Volunteer Registrations to include but not limited to Coaches, Match Officials and Club Officials
  • Responsible for administration of relevant competitions

Principal duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with the Community Game Competition Managers and the Head of Delivery
  • Community Game Competitions to ensure that the new system is rolled out effectively both internally and to Tier
  • 6 Clubs and Leagues.
  • Being the first point of contact for the Competitions and the Clubs within that Competition in relation to any queries in relation to the new Operating System.
  • Managing the daytoday registration of players ensuring that accurate and up to date records are kept at all times, following the Operational Rules.
  • Providing support to the Community Game Competition Manager as and when required.
  • Organising and administering systems relating to volunteers (training courses in conjunction with RLL)
  • Providing an efficient and effective administration service to all clubs in the relevant Competitions.
  • Providing support for the Disciplinary Committee and the Misconduct function including arranging meetings, making appointments for players, preparing paperwork, ensuring fines are paid and suspensions served, keeping accurate records
  • Ensuring that the Community Game database is accurate and up to date including players, coaches, volunteers and match officials.
  • Act as an ambassador for and promote the best interests of the RFL at all times, including the promotion of the RFL Core Values.

£17,625.00-£22,900.00 per year
