Company Secretary Role on a 6 month FTC basis based in Victoria (office requirement of 3 days a week).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with statutory compliance work for UK and international subsidiary companies in the Group, ensuring that all relevant documents are filed at Companies House in accordance with statutory deadlines and corporate records are maintained and up to date.
- Assist in maintenance of global entity management system (Diligent Entities) to ensure details for Group subsidiaries are kept up to date.
- Support the Secretariat in providing governance support on intragroup projects including liquidations, cash repatriation, intragroup restructuring and capital reorganisations. Includes completing due diligence, facilitating approval processes, and providing support on post completion matters.
- Provide information to internal and external partners, including auditors and regulatory bodies, and effectively
Person Specifications:
- Experience working in a multinational organisation
- Excellent teamplayer, with willingness to help and be flexible.
- Part or full CGI qualification.
- Excellent technology skills, including in relevant software packages such as subsidiary management
PowerPoint and Visio.
- High level planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
- The ability to support transformational projects, to think strategically, identify issues and provide and
- Desirable attributes also include Foreign language skills (such as Chinese, Spanish or French).
