I am looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist for a business based in London. The role is 3 days from home and 2 days at their central London Head Office. The Payroll Specialist will look after circa 500 employees. You will wok well in a fast paced business that is growing rapidly.


The Payroll Specialist is ultimately responsible for the monthly payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and other related vendors.

Related tasks included in the role are below.

Some of the key duties are:

  • Complete and/or review monthly payroll changes for all items in the month, including but not limited to starters, leavers, promotions, salary updates, and other administrative items.
  • Ensure all bonus and other onetime compensation items are appropriately entered into payroll for processing.
  • Review payslips and reports once all information has been entered to ensure all information is accurately reflected.
  • Process monthly payroll via BACS.
  • Manage the pension plan to ensure employee enrolment is appropriately captured within payroll and other management tasks are completed.
  • Ongoing customer service to new and current employees.
