Roles and Responsibilities

  • Targets
  • Each consultant should meet the required Sim sale and accessory targets. We operate a driven and competitive sales environment with healthy rewards.
  • Cross sell products
  • Go the extra mile to drive sales
  • Comply with inventory stock procedures
  • Customer Service
  • Providing exceptional customer service is at the very heart of our business and we expect nothing but the very best for every customer, every time.
  • Build rapport with customer by making sure the get the right product
  • Our reviews are very important for us excellent customer service must be your number 1 skill
  • Pre Provisioning
  • Each shift has a responsibility to ensure that a minimum of 70% of the shift target Sim Cards are preprovisioned for the following shift.
  • Store Appearance
  • It is responsibility of the store team to ensure that the Store is clean and tidy at all times. This includes the outside, inside, floor space, till space, shelving and store cupboards.
  • Maintain store merchandising displayed in a neat visual manner

Salary:
£10.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
