Job description
Key Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Negotiator
- Selling from a showhome on a new build development
- Meeting and greeting Customers and offering exceptional customer service
- When required maintain the showrooms and marketing suite to an impeccable standard.
- Answering telephone enquiries and registering new applicants
- Taking reservations from buyers and assisting buyers with the choices and finishes for the property
The ideal New Homes Sales Negotiator Should:
- Have proven homes sales experience and a good knowledge of the house buying process
- Be well presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Be willing to lone work
- Knowledge of the local area would be an advantage
- Must have access to own car and able to work from showhomes in the Nottinghamshire area
- Be able to work Friday to Mondays ( 11am 4pm)
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Every weekend
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
