Description
Our client is a rapidly growing property investment company, based in the lively heart of Manchester.

They are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Assistant to assist the Operations Director and help oversee the day-to-day operations across the business.

You will ensure a seamless and productive environment, performing general administrative tasks, supporting client relationships, finance/invoicing enquiries and providing first-line customer service support when needed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilise Google Suite and other computerized systems for various tasks
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Assist with office supply inventory management
  • Support the operations team in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in an Operational capacity.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Highly personable, presentable, and articulate.
  • Very organised and efficient.
  • Ability to manage your own time.
