Description
Our client is a rapidly growing property investment company, based in the lively heart of Manchester.They are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Assistant to assist the Operations Director and help oversee the day-to-day operations across the business.
You will ensure a seamless and productive environment, performing general administrative tasks, supporting client relationships, finance/invoicing enquiries and providing first-line customer service support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilise Google Suite and other computerized systems for various tasks
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with office supply inventory management
- Support the operations team in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Operational capacity.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Highly personable, presentable, and articulate.
- Very organised and efficient.
- Ability to manage your own time.
