Description

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations

• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• IPAF is essential for this role
• Driving licence or own means of travelling to site required
• CSCS Card is required for this position
• Commercial gas Qualifications would be an advantage
• Previous foreman experience would be advantage
