Property Sales Adviser

Salary £25,000 with OTE of £35,000

We're currently looking for a personable, tenacious Sales Adviser to join our driven sales team at our newest Richmond Village in Cheltenham.

Someone who'll promote sales of all Richmond Village products including Property Sales, Care Home Enquiries and the Richmond Experience to meet targets - always leaving a positive and professional impression on our future residents and their families.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage sales enquiries for Property and Care Home to maximise sales and rental occupancy of the assisted living and independent living apartments, as well as Richmond Experience
  • Try before Buy bookings
  • Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team
  • Host client visits and follow up calls, identifying key referral groups
  • Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function
  • Develop and maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the Village
  • Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Deal with all relevant admin such as effective budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports
  • Above all, you'll show courtesy and respect to residents and relatives at all times.

Who we are looking for:


A determined, tenacious, personable individual with previous sales experience in a customer facing environment - you'll be comfortable working to targets and delivering sales figures.

Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial if you have experience of the retirement sector.

Courteous with a meticulous attention to detail, you'll listen to and build rapport with our customers - quickly identifying their needs and matching this to our products.

A confident influencer and negotiator - with great customer care skills, you'll have no problem leaving a positive impression on our current and future residents and their relatives
