Want to develop your leadership capabilities whilst continuing to deliver patient care? If so, this role is for you We are looking for a dynamic, positive and experienced Respiratory Physiotherapist or Nurse to co-lead our friendly team, delivering high-quality care to patients with COPD, fibrosis, asthma and bronchiectasis throughout Gloucestershire.

Our team works together to deliver Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Respiratory Assessment and Treatment, Specialist Physiotherapy and Home Oxygen Assessment services to patients in community centres, clinics and the home setting.

You will provide operational management and governance to ensure that the delivery of care is organised, safe and efficient, and help steer the Pulmonary Rehabilitation service through the accreditation process.

In addition, you will represent the service to other stakeholders, collaborating with our supportive system to ensure that the right person delivers the right care to the right patient at the right time
