About the Resources Directorate


The Resources Directorate is made up of talented Finance and HR professionals providing best practice Human Resources and Finance advice to management within the Council's Directorates.

Barnet Council is launching a brand new recruitment service and we are growing our team, therefore come and be part of something special.


About the role


Work in directly partnership with the Resourcing Consultant to ensure hiring managers gain a great experience throughout their hiring journey.


Note:

that our expectation of that the role is mostly remote from home but there may be a requirement to attend the office once per week to undertake some work duties.


About you


You will have a good working knowledge of HR recruitment best practices with previous recruitment experience in public or private sector undertaking admin and clerical duties.

You understand the importance of excellent customer care and communication skills within recruitment and have used a range of recruitment digital and software solutions including Application Tracking Systems.
