About The Service
To manage & coordinate the Cardiff Wellbeing teams Health & Wellbeing mentors anchored within Hubs and Libraries across the city
To take a lead role in developing events programming within Hubs focusing specifically on Health and Wellbeing initiatives
About the job
You will be required to develop projects, events and support community activities focusing on all Health & Wellbeing initiatives linking into mentoring services, alongside working closely with the volunteering and Community Inclusion teams.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on outcomes, as outlined within the Wellbeing of future generations Act as well as Age Friendly City & corporate plan InitiativesYou will be required to coordinate and support Health & Wellbeing Mentor services, monitoring and evaluating need across the city
What We Are Looking For From You
You will have proven experience of success in a similar role, preferably with public sector experience
A track record of successfully building and sustaining relationships and working in partnership with a range of people and organisations
Ability to research and present complex issues in a clear and concise manner

This post is temporary until 31st March 2025
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh would be an advantage.
