Kaizen are now on the lookout for Customer Service Assistants to join their friendly Manchester team.

Experience in retail, hospitality and customer service is beneficial but not essential.


Role & Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be representing our clients via a B2C marketing campaign.

Dealing with all customer questions and queries.

Explaining the benefits of products and services.

Delivering advice and sharing your knowledge on USPs.

Deliver excellent levels of customer service.

Track KPI's for our clients.

Administration, assist daily in reporting.


Salary:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • MANCHESTER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
