Sales Support Co-ordinator
Our client is an energetic and dynamic company specialising in the design and manufacture of industrial delivery systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer sales orders from start to finish including the processing of orders and problem solving logístical and financial issues
- Administer, maintain and grow new and existing customer relationships to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage the support of new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and reporting on lead progress
- Support sales enquiries and the generation of quotations
- Work with internal cross functional teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
- Uphold the company brand through personal and organisational credibility with clear & reasonable planning and concise & timely communications.
- Any other duties that may be required
Person Specification:
- High standards of time management
- Ability to multitask
- Great attention to detail
- Strong phone presence and experience with regular customer contact over the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong team player
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Salary:
_£25,000_
Working Pattern:
_9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday.
9:00am - 13:00pm Friday._
