Highland Experience, a 5 star tour company in Edinburgh are looking to expand their Reservations team and are currently looking for a highly organised and talented Accommodation Adviser.
This position is full time will involve flexible working patterns (5 days out of 7), including evening shifts (11.30am - 7.30pm).
This role would suit someone who has great attention to detail and the ability to manage relationships with external providers.
Tourism experience and good general/geography knowledge about Scotland would be an advantage. You must be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.Responsibilities:
- Booking accommodation for multiday tours across Scotland
- Answer all internal and external accommodation queries
- Maintain good working relationships with accommodation providers
- Ability to work within a budget
- Resolve problems under pressure, for example, lastminute accommodation changes
Essential Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
Desirable:
- Tourism/Travel or Hospitality background
- Good UKwide geographical knowledge
