My national client with an office based in Wigan, are market leaders in their field, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the business immediate effect on a full time, temporary basis.


About the role


This role will be based within the Sales Order Processing & Invoicing (SOP) team and will be to manage the customer experience throughout the process.

The role is a fast paced role which requires a flexible, can-do attitude and strong team-work throughout the business.

The SOP team are central to the management of customer relationships and is a platform for development into other departmental roles.


This role is to act as first line support with external customers and internal departments, meaning answering any incoming calls and resolve any customer and system queries.


Delivering first class customer service, ensuring the customer has a satisfactory customer experience, whilst ensuring that all daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

Setting up new and updating existing customer records on the database and actioning any amendments as needed.

Any other adhoc admin/customer service duties required by management.


Salary and other benefits

  • Excellent starting hourly wage of £ £11.28 per hour
  • Depending on experience
  • Free Parking on site
  • Excellent working hours of Monday-Friday 9AM 5PM
