someone who won't be fazed by a demanding, intense and passionate environment.
The key to this role is prioritising and managing competing demands - you have to be accurate as errors can have significant consequences on the student experience.
You must have:

Being able to communicate well with staff, students and the public alike is essential, and you will thrive on the challenge of picking up new systems and working very quickly, as we'll need you to be able to pitch in from day one.
While not essential, previous experience of working within a performing arts environment would be beneficial but equally we value new thinking, fresh approaches and innovative ways of doing things.
