Salary of up to £19,500 per annum:

Our exciting opportunity
This role is key to support the customer service function. The role will take the lead on booking customer installations and liaising with our build partners.

  • Using data to identify customer connections within FTTP village projects.
  • Using build images create bespoke customer connection documents
  • Schedule installations with County Broadbands build partners
  • Create workflow jobs using the County Broadband task management system
  • Maintain engineer's diaries and track works completed
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled work
  • Maintain accurate records of contact with customers
  • Identify aborted jobs and reschedule work
  • Providing any necessary data or reports to the Customer Connection Manager
  • Other such reasonable duties within the general scope of the job title, at the Customer Service Managers direction

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a customer service/call handler role.
  • Proven experience in and administrative role
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary:
Up to £19,500.00 per year
