Business Development Manager


Location:
North East


Salary:
Up to £35,000 D.O.E plus bonus


Working Hours:
Full time, Monday - Friday


The Client:


An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone to join one of our established clients in the North East area as a Business Development Manager.

This would be best suited for someone with real entrepreneurial spirit looking to advance their career, with potentialto further progress into a senior management position.

This is an exciting chance to build a new team in order to achieve the businesses next phase of growth.


The Role:


  • Create and implement the sales strategy for the branch in order to drive business and achieve key revenue targets
  • Look to build a team of sales individuals offering sales training, mentorship and structure to day to day operations
  • Manage key accounts and look to expand on their offering where possible
  • Offer a consultative approach when discussing client needs and suggest products which complement their business
  • Attend key sales meetings and report on current figures, opportunities and future target planning

The Person:


  • B2B sales experience essential
  • Proven track record of work to and achieving targets
  • Tenacious, driven and excellent commercial accumen
