Fox Morris are working with Oxfordshire County Council in relations to finding a Project Support Officer (Education Appeals) to start work ASAP


Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for own files or casework for specific areas of Law & Governance Work as agreed with relevant Officer.
  • To support and work with officers to include the upkeep of individual appeals files and hearing folders (electronic and paper), drafting and editing of legal documents (appeal decision letters), preparing other correspondence, proofreading, and dealingwith enquiries.
  • To provide secretarial and administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, note taking (for education appeals), listing of appeals, hearing folder preparation and distribution.
  • To give additional support to other colleagues in the provision of Law & Governance services.
  • To undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time, including assisting other teams within Law & Governance if necessary.
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
