Description
MYSHON are looking to recruit a part time Support Worker 20 hours per week. Working hours will be on 5 days per week Monday

  • Friday in Birmingham
You will be working with vulnerable adults having complex needs and homelessness. This may vary from mental health issues to substance and alcohol alcohol misuse.

As a Support Worker you work within a team of staff and will support customers with the planning and implementing of support plans, completing assessments with customers and working with external partners.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 10 -2 although a degree of flexibility is essential

A minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care - Preferred.

Full Driving Licence and Car Owner - Essential

Experience of using SharePoint - Preferred
