    Job Title: Legal Secretary, Banking & Finance

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex diaries and email systems.
    • Maintain client relationships.
    • Ensure compliance and billing accuracy.
    • C coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Support business development activities.

    Requirements: We require a candidate with 8+ years of corporate experience at an international law firm, strong diary management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
