As an Enforcement officer for the Private Sector Housing Team, you will use your skills, knowledge, experience and initiative to undertake all duties associated with identifying and issuing property licences, including conducting research, acting on intelligence data received, and proactively pursuing landlords reluctant to engage, ensuring both they and their tenants are aware of their legal responsibilities.
