Description

Our client, an international company with offices all over the UK and the rest of the world, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Team Co-ordinator to support the Health and Safety Manager and Health and Safety Advisor with a wide range of dutiesincluding organizing travel, maintaining reports, co-ordinating training and booking courses.

The role is extremely varied and would suit someone with excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills. Experience in Health and Safety isn't essential.


The role is paying an excellent salary and great benefits and offers hybrid, flexible working (3 days in the office and 2 from home).

Duties include

  • Monthly checks that Health and Safety audits and inspection reports have been received from across the Group and filed on the system
  • Update monthly accident/incidents spreadsheet
  • Administrator for App
  • Update the intranet with anything related to health and safety
  • Transfer the Health and Safety Policies, Forms and Procedures into a Google Format
  • Administrator of the On-Line E-Learning Health and Safety Training Platform
  • Administrator responsible for booking of health and safety courses and sending out invites
  • Produce monthly statistic reports
  • Manage H&S certifications and accreditations for the company.
  • Administrator for health and safety training matrix and associated records
  • Administrator of supporting documentation for ISO 4500
  • Compiling monthly Health and Safety Newsletter.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation booking flights, hotels etc
Skills/Experience

  • Experience in a coordinating role including scheduling, organising and planning of specific activities across multiple business units.
  • Experience in organising back office support and development and maintenance of management systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider business
  • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexible and innovative approach to problem solving.
  • Experience working with Google Suite/Word/Excel/Power Point would be advantageous
  • Attention to detail when analysing data
  • Good Team Player and a willingness to cooperate with others
